*A special room rate of $0 single, $0 double, $0 triple, and $0 quad (plus 9% tax) has been made available for conference attendees.

If you need to cancel your reservations, you must do so within 48 hours of scheduled arrival or you will be charged one night’s deposit (per Canaan Valley Resort).

Please be aware Canaan Valley’s room check in time is 5:00 p.m.
